Shengzhu pigments are applicable to oily, liquid, powder, and UV solidified paint series, e.g. vehicle paints for automobile, motorcycle, and bicycle, indoor & outdoor decorating paints, plastic basic material paints for cell phone, daily necessities, toy, packaging container, wooden basic material paints for furniture, wall, ornaments, paints for surface of artificial leather, leather and textile products, metal and non-metal basic material decorating materials, powder paints for household appliance and machinery, and paints for body painting and oil painting, etc.
Since Shengzhu pigments have a very high light refraction rate and excellent pearl effect, and visual angle twinkling effect and can be mixed with synthetic resins, they are often used in polar and non-polar solvents and reins or mixed with ordinary transparent lacquers to form pearlescent finishing paint, which has advantages in terms of moisture, dispersal, directed arrangement and low oil absorbency. Thus, the shortcomings of paints, e.g. uneven dispersal and flaw, at the time of delaminating, sedimentation and painting are overcome. Meanwhile, Shengzhu pigments are insulators containing no any metallic composition. They are environmental-friendly, acid-proof, alkali-proof, high temperature resistant, eliminating the hazard of powder paints causing fire due to electric sparks produced by static electricity.
The rainbow and metal luster pearl pigment series are especially suitable for high-end building decoration, vehicle paints and furniture lacquers. They will produce different multi-colored patterns or metal luster pearl effect according to different paint and lacquer formulations. Thus your products are more deluxe, elegant and distinguished.
